Refund & Return Policy

At Nordic Padel Co., every item is made to order especially for you through our print-on-demand partner. Because each piece is produced individually, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than a traditional retailer. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Products

All of our apparel and accessories are printed or embroidered on demand once you place your order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or a change of mind. We strongly encourage you to review our size guides carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund. To qualify, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or misprinted item
  • A short description of the issue

Once we verify the issue, we will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You will not be asked to ship the faulty item back in most cases.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please reach out within 30 days and we will make it right with a corrected replacement or a full refund.

Lost or Stuck Shipments

If your tracking shows that a package was lost in transit, contact us and we will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to resolve it, including sending a replacement where appropriate.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Because items go into production quickly, we can only modify or cancel an order if it has not yet entered fulfillment. If you need to change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we will do our best to help.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
